Richard is a leading specialist in the design of older people’s housing with around 60 completed projects and many design awards to his name. An officer of the Retirement Housing Group and a former member of the European Standards committee on Sheltered Housing, Richard’s current projects include retirement villages in Ramsgate, Winchcombe, St Albans and Leatherhead.
