The site in Burford on the edge of the Cotswolds had an outline planning approval. Beechcroft and Lioncourt Homes worked together on this scheme which had family housing, retirement housing and a Care Home.
We were involved with the design and planning submission of the 59 Retirement Housing Units and 64 Bed Care Home parcels of the site.
Planning permission was gained for the scheme in October 2018.
The site is now built and was launched in October 2021.
