Caveh Bahreyni Toosi qualified as a medical doctor and worked in that role for a number of years in Iran and China before deciding on a career change and training as an architect, first in Northern Cyprus and then in the UK. He recently completed his Part 1 qualification.

The front part of the building is an exceptionally rare timber frame Wealden house from the end of the fourteenth century and previous extensions date from the sixteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Our proposed addition is intended to provide extra space for the church’s vital youth work.

Having successfully completed St Luke’s Court in Marlborough about ten years ago, Richard and the team are currently working on a second scheme in this historic market town. Designs for a care home and an assisted living scheme on Salisbury Road towards the southern edge of the town have recently received planning consent and we are now producing working drawings for an early start on site

Planning permission for 58 retirement units granted at Northiam:
Six years after securing a planning permission on this site for English Courtyard, Richard has now obtained a second planning permission – this time on behalf of Hanover Housing. Tenders are expected back shortly for an early start on site.

We made our way round as fast as our increasingly weary legs would carry us to complete the 10K with big relieved grins all round at the finish – largely due to the promise of an ice cold drink.
