Richard Morton

Richard is a multi award winning architect with over 40 years of experience, Richard set up his own practice 12 years ago, combining design with work as an expert witness. He is a specialist in the design of housing for older people, but has also completed major commercial projects in the City of London, work on many important historic buildings and a number of notable one-off houses. Richard is a member of the government Older People’s Housing Taskforce and has recently retired after five years as the chair of the Retirement Housing Group. As an expert witness he is increasingly in demand for opinions covering a very wide range of architectural work.
Laura Norton
Senior Architect
Laura joined RMA in early 2013 after studying first in Edinburgh and then at Oxford Brookes. She qualified as an architect in 2016, having passed her RIBA part 3.
Christine Lee
Senior Architect
Born in Hong Kong, Christine trained at the Bartlett school of Architecture and qualified in 1994 before joining Sidell Gibson. She has worked for RMA since the summer of 2013.
Grazyna Reichel
Architectural Assistant
Grazyna completed her architectural training at the Gdansk University of Technology in 2006 before coming to the UK to work for Sidell Gibson. She has been with RMA since early 2015.
She now heads up the Polish office, working remotely with the team.
Cosmina Alina Voicila
Part II Architectural Assistant
Cosmina completed her Part II at the University of Hertfordshire in 2021. She has been working for RMA since 2022 and has a particular interest in sustainability.

Mo, brings three years of diverse experience, blending creativity with functionality to exceed client expectations. With meticulous attention to detail, he transforms visions into reality.
Michael Nicolaou
Part I Architectural Assistant
Michael joined us 2 years ago after completing his BArch in Architecture at the University of Lincoln and has since assisted us in submitting multiple planning applications. Michael has gained significant knowledge on building regulations and the built environment.
Davide Ciavolella
Architectural Assistant
Davide joined RMA in late 2020 after completing his Master’s Degree at ‘La Sapienza’ University in Rome.
His main area of focus is the conservation of historic buildings.
