This house was designed for Robert Fleming, founder of Robert Fleming and Co, a merchant bank, in about 1903 by Charles Edward Mallows, an architect well-known at the time for his work on large country houses in the Arts and Crafts style.

Joyce Grove is a spectacular Grade II Listed building which is being converted and extended to provide a total of 25 apartments across the site.

The site consists of the Main House, Stables, Potting Shed and Squash Courts. We have submitted three planning applications which retain all existing buildings and footprints with the addition of a first and second floor staircase extension to replace the existing fire escape structure to the north elevation of the building.
