We recently received planning approval for a one-storey, one-bedroom house on a sensitive site in Enfield, with all conditions now cleared.
Previously, three planning applications were submitted by different firms, but they were either rejected or failed to meet the required conditions.
Designing the house posed significant challenges due to the site's small size and the need to meet the current facilities required by the London Plan. However, we successfully overcame these obstacles, providing a small amenity space, large windows, roof lights, and a green roof to enhance natural light, ventilation, and sustainability.
