Planning consent was obtained in 2012 for redevelopment of this site on the Thames Embankment. With multiple constraints from archaeology, flood risk, St Paul's Heights and other buildings we nevertheless succeeded in establishing the designs to Code Level 4.
We have recently been commissioned to prepare computer images and other technical analysis for this scheme designed jointly by Avery Associates and a Sidell Gibson team led by Richard Morton.
