A regeneration proposal, unanimously approved by Thanet District Council on 16 September, will provide the village of Cliffsend near Ramsgate with a radically new type of mixed development combining family housing, community facilities, state of the art accommodation for older people and a base for the provision of outreach care to nearby villages.

Having successfully completed St Luke’s Court in Marlborough about ten years ago, Richard and the team are currently working on a second scheme in this historic market town. Designs for a care home and an assisted living scheme on Salisbury Road towards the southern edge of the town have recently received planning consent and we are now producing working drawings for an early start on site

Planning permission for 58 retirement units granted at Northiam:
Six years after securing a planning permission on this site for English Courtyard, Richard has now obtained a second planning permission – this time on behalf of Hanover Housing. Tenders are expected back shortly for an early start on site.
